Colon Cleanse (7 Day Cleanse)

This is my go to cleanse after coming off vacations. This is my third time using it and I lost a total of 24 pounds. It definitely helps with bloating and getting your stomach down within four days. Ultimately it makes you feel better physically and mentally. Next I’ll be trying the full body detox! Thanks for these products and the education.

This detox is highly recommended!! It was definitely a challenge but it was so worth it. The highlight of this detox for me was the colon cleanse which you only do the first 7 days but it was exactly what I needed to get back on track. I’ve been having issues with going to the restroom on my own for years. I’ve been taking Linzess everyday before a meal for about the last 5 years followed by a laxative some nights just to keep me going. After completing the full body detox I no longer have to take medicine I can go 100% on my own and daily. This has truly been a life changing experience for me.

Normally I’m a healthy person in the sense I work out a lot but had requested the colon cleanse since I gained weight after a trip to Miami. I was soooooo constipated and bloated, something had to be done. After w week of taking the cleanse, drinking lots of water, eating plant based and working out!!! I feel like I shed a new skin!!! It really works; the bloating went down a whole lot!
